Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in promoting financial strategy and organizational management, with a focus on leading the growth of the business in China. Key responsibilities for the CFO include the management of financial statements, budgeting, performance management, and reporting to the management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the overall management of cash flow, working capital, and financial institution relations, as well as the establishment and operation of tax compliance systems. Strengthening governance regarding ERP systems and IT investments, and supporting business transformation and management decision-making from a financial perspective are also integral to the role. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' FP&A experience, a Bachelor's degree, and be proficient in business-level Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, and experience in B2C business and managing businesses in mainland China is preferred. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of the financial landscape and be capable of strategic collaboration with management.
