Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Retail & Hospitality

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in retail, consumer, FMCG, or F&B industries. The CFO will be a key strategic leader, responsible for developing and executing the financial strategy in line with business objectives. This includes serving as a trusted advisor on financial performance, business expansion, investments, and risk management. The successful candidate will lead all financial management and reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, and maintaining strong financial controls and compliance. Additionally, the CFO will be involved in commercial and retail finance, driving profitability through pricing, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a professional accounting qualification, and an MBA or advanced business qualification. A minimum of 15 years' finance experience, with at least 8 years in a senior finance leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance within the specified industries, and possess a strong understanding of retail business models, inventory management, and supply chain finance. The role also demands expertise in treasury and working capital management, risk management, and compliance, as well as the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
