Associate Vice President, Mortgage Loan Origination & Branch Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Mortgage Loan Origination and Branch Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, managing branch office operations, and supervising a team of mortgage loan originators and office staff. Key duties include selling mortgage loan services, fostering positive office interactions, developing loan referral relationships, and ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met in the loan origination process. The role also involves interviewing buyers, originating investor mortgage loans, and managing the branch office's day-to-day operations. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration with advanced industry courses in real estate lending, or a combination of a degree and significant experience in the field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in mortgage originations, a thorough knowledge of real estate lending, and a proven ability to develop business sources are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent selling and communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
