Senior Valuation Expert, Vice President

The Company is in search of a Senior Valuation Expert, Vice President to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of the company's valuation services across Mainland China, with a strong focus on insurance. This role demands an individual with a proven track record in performing valuations, particularly for insurance purposes, and the ability to oversee and undertake significant valuation engagements. The role is pivotal in expanding the company's valuation capabilities throughout Mainland China and will involve working on large valuation projects for leading organizations in the region. The ideal candidate will be a key representative of the business, both internally and externally, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in the field, excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, and a membership or eligibility for professional bodies such as CIREA or CAS. A growth mindset, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to provide expert advice to clients are essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to manage stakeholders, demonstrate financial management experience, and possess project management capabilities. The candidate should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have the flexibility to travel both nationally and internationally. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must, and experience with insurance valuations is highly regarded.
