Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its nationally accredited institution, which is dedicated to providing industry-relevant education and workforce training. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic growth, operational excellence, and workforce impact of the organization. This role requires a senior leader with a strong background in postsecondary education, career college, or workforce development, and a proven ability to build and strengthen organizational infrastructure, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The Executive Director will also be tasked with driving enrollment growth, student retention, and job placement, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and measurable outcomes. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a demonstrated record of executive leadership. Essential skills include financial and operational acumen, a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional communication and leadership abilities. The role demands a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, and who is adept at leading through ambiguity while balancing strategic vision with operational execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in Title IV funding, Pell Grant eligibility, and postsecondary accreditation processes, and a proven track record of cultivating relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
