The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and visionary leadership. This role is pivotal in leading the organization through a transition period, maintaining operational stability, and aligning teams. The CEO will also be responsible for community engagement, acting as the key spokesperson, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Financial growth and sustainability are key, with a focus on diversifying revenue and maintaining a strong fiscal position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of executive-level leadership experience in a nonprofit setting. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in fund development, financial oversight, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
