Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a strategic and dynamic role as the finance lead for a major property development project. This role involves close partnership with various internal and external teams, and the Head of Finance will also oversee project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and ensure financial governance across all project phases. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline, and be a qualified accountant. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in supporting major property development or similar projects, is required.
