Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and refining the company's financial strategic planning, overseeing financial operations, and the governance framework. This role is pivotal in driving advanced capital structuring, investment, and financing activities to maximize shareholder value. The Head of Finance will also lead the company's M&A strategies, business unit spin-offs, IPO preparations, and other strategic initiatives to ensure the mobilization and maximization of corporate assets for peak market performance. Building and developing a professional, efficient finance team that is aligned with the company's core values and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Head of Finance role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or related disciplines, with a valid CPA qualification. A minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in medium to large-scale or conglomerate enterprises, including at least 5 years in management roles, is required. Experience with a Big Four accounting firm and familiarity with Mainland China and Hong Kong accounting standards and listing rules are preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, a high sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, as well as a solid team spirit and professional conduct.
