Vice President, Broking Services

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Broking Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-touch trading advisory and execution services to a select group of high-net-worth and frequent-trading brokerage clients. This role demands a professional who can meet the financial and non-financial performance objectives, deliver investment services and advisory insights, and ensure that all client interactions are in line with the company's internal standards and regulatory requirements. The Vice President will also be tasked with expanding the client base, driving business development, and supporting the execution of growth strategies. Applicants for the Vice President, Broking Services position at the company should be university degree qualified, with a preference for a business administration or finance discipline. A holder of SFC Type 1, 2, 3, and 4 licenses is required. The role calls for a candidate with a strong customer mindset, a commitment to service excellence, and solid experience in securities and/or hotline customer services. Good knowledge of investment products is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, is essential. The role also involves performing customer due diligence, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-referrals to other products and services.
