Vice Provost for Academic Excellence & Student Success

The Company is seeking a Vice Provost for Academic Excellence and Student Success to serve as a senior academic leader, advancing a culture of academic quality, faculty affairs, and student success initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in faculty recruitment, retention, promotion, and tenure processes, as well as ensuring academic standards are maintained and fostering innovation in teaching, learning, and community engagement. This role also involves direct oversight of student success initiatives, particularly those that support the first- and second-year experience, and requires close collaboration with student affairs to align academic support services and engagement strategies. Applicants for the Vice Provost position at the company should have a PhD or EdD from an accredited university, with a strong background in academic administration and a proven track record in student success. The role demands a leader with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, establish key performance indicators, and use data to inform decision-making. Essential skills include outstanding communication, organizational, and supervisory abilities, as well as a commitment to fostering an inclusive and student-centered academic environment. The Vice Provost will also be expected to have experience in faculty development, evaluation, and promotion, and to contribute to policies and practices that enhance academic excellence and student success.
