Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and support the global expansion of its AI-powered operating system for the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry. The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, setting financial goals and KPIs, and ensuring effective financial planning processes. This role requires a leader with a strong background in financial management, including accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting, as well as compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing investor relations, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and overseeing cash flow and working capital optimization. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, with a Master's or CPA/ACA/ACCA highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years' experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive finance role, is required. Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, marketplace, or SaaS organizations is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and performance drivers. Proven success in investor relations, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The CFO will also be expected to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership.
