Vice President, Innovation & Digital Partnerships Strategy Execution

The Company is in search of a VP for Innovation and Digital Partnerships Strategy Execution. The successful candidate will be a key player in turning strategic plans into tangible results, with a primary focus on the end-to-end program management of the Leveraging Strategic Partnerships workstream. This role is pivotal in representing the workstream to senior stakeholders and ensuring its alignment with the wider program. Responsibilities include owning the program management, running the governance and reporting cycle, and acting as the interface for cross-workstream integration. The VP will also be involved in strategy development, operating rhythm, and team effectiveness, and will lead special initiatives as required. To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record in program management, strategic analysis, and executive communication. A strong grasp of stakeholder engagement, particularly in the context of business, technology, and external partnerships, is essential. The role requires a working knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in financial services, as well as an understanding of how strategic technology and AI partnerships are structured and governed.
