Chief Development Officer

The Company is in search of a Chief Development Officer to serve as the lead fundraising strategist and primary partner in philanthropic strategy and alumni engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the next chapter of fundraising and alumni engagement, building on the institution's significant momentum to advance its mission and priorities. This role involves overseeing a large team of professionals across various fundraising and engagement functions, including major and principal gifts, alumni and corporate relations, foundation relations, advancement services, and strategic communications. The Chief Development Officer will also have full responsibility for the department's operating budget.
