Chief of Staff, Technology

The Company is seeking a Senior Chief of Staff to join its Technology team. This includes evaluating and executing strategic projects, deriving insights from research, and developing recommendations in partnership with the senior leadership team. The role also involves partnering with leaders across the company to solve complex problems, drive solutions, and orchestrate operational initiatives. The Senior Chief of Staff will be responsible for shaping multi-year department strategy, driving departmental efficiencies, and facilitating cross-functional processes. Additionally, the role requires the management of business office processes and close collaboration with departmental leadership to develop strategic solutions that align with corporate goals. Applicants for the Senior Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years in healthcare consulting or a strategic role in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating and influencing at the executive level, as well as defining and deploying strategies for organizations at the company level. A Master's degree from a top-tier program in business, health administration, or a related field is a bonus. The role demands a professional who can prioritize competing initiatives, create decision-making frameworks, and serve as a proxy for leadership when necessary. The Senior Chief of Staff will also be involved in driving staff development and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
