Executive Director, LATAM Markets Audit

The Company is in search of an experienced senior audit professional to take on the role of LATAM Markets Audit Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the LATAM Markets Audit team, providing oversight of audit coverage for LATAM Markets businesses, and managing global audits within a matrix reporting structure. This role requires a deep understanding of market businesses, including key processes such as execution, P&L estimation, valuation, and risk management. The Director will be expected to participate in and project manage large and complex global audits, communicate findings to management, and drive a culture of innovation through the automation of controls. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, participating in governance forums, and staying abreast of industry and regulatory changes. Applicants for the LATAM Markets Audit Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of professional experience in internal audit, with a solid understanding of internal control concepts and the ability to evaluate the adequacy of controls. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both locally and globally. The role demands a proactive individual who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing large, complex audits, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. A background in finance, risk, or a related field, and fluency in English, are also required.
