Assistant General Counsel

The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be a key player in providing strategic legal advice and support to the business units and corporate functions, with a primary focus on industrial automation. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts and agreements, as well as managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and handling legal disputes and litigation matters. The ideal candidate for the Assistant General Counsel position at the company will have a strong background in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on industrial and process automation. A deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in the relevant regions is essential. The role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction are also necessary.
