Executive Director, APAC Head of HR Technology, Data & Digital Transformation

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, APAC Head of HR Technology, Data & Digital Transformation. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the HR technology, people analytics, data governance, and digital transformation agenda across the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be a strategic, data-driven leader with a proven track record in driving HR transformation, technology adoption, and large-scale change. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the APAC HR technology strategy, leading the delivery of HR platforms, driving automation, AI adoption, and process simplification, and ensuring strong HR data governance and regulatory compliance. The role also involves leading regional HR transformation initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation, and building strong partnerships with senior business leaders and HR teams. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 15 years' of experience in HR technology, people analytics, HR operations, shared services, or transformation. A strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, and experience in leveraging AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve business outcomes are essential. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated success in operating across multiple APAC markets and complex matrix organizations, and possess the leadership competencies necessary to influence and align stakeholders across the region. Success in this role will be measured by the delivery of the APAC HR technology and transformation roadmap, the adoption of digital and AI-enabled HR solutions, and the enhanced quality and impact of workforce analytics in business and talent decisions.
