Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and scale the operations of its climate tech startup. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's mission to eliminate super-pollutant refrigerants and fight climate change. This role is pivotal in owning the end-to-end operations, including equipment availability, maintenance, and inventory, as well as recruiting and leading a growing multifunctional logistics team. The Head of Operations will also be responsible for driving operational excellence, technical best practices, and team KPIs, and must be a hands-on leader with a strong background in logistics, field operations, warehousing, or supply-chain operations. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have at least 7 years' of experience in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years' in a management role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a digital-first environment, thrive in a dynamic startup culture, and align with the company's values of constant learning, transparency, ownership, and teamwork. While a technical background and experience in related industries are a plus, they are not essential. The role requires a leader with strong analytical and decision-making skills, high learning agility, and excellent communication abilities in English and Indonesian.
