Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior finance leader with a proven track record in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and modernizing the FP&A function. This role is pivotal in leading global FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and will involve partnering with the CFO and executive team to provide actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and capital allocation. The VP, FP&A will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team, enhancing financial planning processes, and establishing consistent frameworks for performance measurement and reporting. Applicants must have at least 15 years' of experience in FP&A and corporate finance, with a strong background in leading and developing teams. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated ability to transform FP&A functions, particularly in the areas of AI, automation, and modern planning tools. Experience in M&A transactions, advanced financial modeling, and a strategic, analytical, and communicative approach are essential. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA and be a Chartered Accountant, with advanced expertise in financial modeling, planning tools, and data analytics platforms.
