Head of Strategy

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategy to play a pivotal role in the design and execution of company-wide strategies, with a focus on the realization of cutting-edge AGI technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for large-scale fundraising, capital alliances, and the integration of growth scenarios across capital, business, and product strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing critical issues for management, translating strategies into implementation plans, and optimizing R&D and business development activities. The role also involves developing data infrastructure for decision-making, establishing competitive advantages, and formulating global market entry strategies. Applicants for the Head of Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy formulation and execution within the management planning or strategy department of a global business. Practical experience in financial modeling, involvement in company-wide decision-making, and a Bachelor's degree are required. The ideal candidate will have a background in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or PE/VC, and experience in leading capital strategies. Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English is essential, with a preference for candidates who have knowledge of AGI, LLM, or the AI industry.
