Head of AI Enterprise

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Enterprise to spearhead its AI and digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's AI strategy, delivery, and capability development on a large scale. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to lead the adoption of various AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced machine learning solutions. The Head of AI Enterprise will also be instrumental in establishing governance, architecture standards, and AI best practices, as well as building scalable AI platforms to foster business innovation and an AI-first culture. To excel in this position, candidates must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in AI, data, software engineering, or technology, with a proven track record in leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives. Strong hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills. The role requires a Malaysian citizen who is ready to take on a leadership position with high visibility among senior stakeholders and is passionate about shaping enterprise-wide AI strategy and adoption.
