Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Strategic Advisor to the CEO, also known as a Chief of Staff, to play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CEO, managing the flow of information, and ensuring that the company's highest-priority projects are executed with precision. This role demands a sharp, highly organized, and resourceful individual with a background in high-growth startups, technology companies, consulting, or investment banking. The Strategic Advisor will be responsible for strategic execution, business operations, and executive leverage, and must have a strong financial and analytical acumen to support decision-making. Key responsibilities for the Strategic Advisor include partnering with the CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, and serving as a connective tissue across the organization to keep the CEO informed and ahead of critical issues. The role also involves preparing the CEO for important meetings and decisions, evaluating business performance, and taking on special projects that require a high level of judgment and execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a demanding environment, a proven track record of independently driving complex initiatives, and exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. Experience in supply chain, logistics, SaaS, or similar businesses, as well as technical fluency and experience with executive leadership teams, are considered a plus.
