Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, responsible for building a finance organization that is ready for public market operations and can support significant growth and value creation. This role demands a seasoned professional with a background in manufacturing, particularly in the areas of finance leadership, governance, and operational finance. The successful candidate will have a strong command of financial and regulatory compliance, including Ind AS, GST, and corporate taxation, and will be adept at managing the financial aspects of M&A activities, IPO preparedness, and working capital optimization. Core responsibilities for the CFO include full ownership of finance, accounting, FP&A, taxation, treasury, and financial controls. The role also involves leading the implementation of digital finance transformation, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, and driving performance management through robust MIS frameworks and KPI tracking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, M&A transactions, and a deep understanding of manufacturing and operational finance. Team leadership is a critical aspect, as the CFO will be expected to build and mentor a high-quality finance organization, with a focus on IPO readiness and strong execution depth.
