Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in real estate, construction, or infrastructure to lead its finance function. The ideal candidate will have a CA qualification and 15-20+ years of experience, with a proven track record in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and MIS. Key responsibilities for the CFO include project finance and fundraising, debt/equity structuring, lender management, treasury and cash flow management, as well as overseeing taxation, compliance, audits, and financial controls. The role also involves strategic business partnering with the CEO/MD, and the CFO will be expected to lead and mentor the finance team. The successful CFO will be a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, capable of optimizing project profitability and costs. Experience in investor and stakeholder relations is essential, as is the ability to provide financial insights and support for the company's growth and development. The role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization, and the CFO will play a key part in its continued success.
