The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Enterprise Finance Transformation with a focus on GBS and FinTech Enablement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation programs, including the integration of finance operating model redesign, GBS/SSC transformation, FP&A modernization, digital finance, and FinTech solutions. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in identifying and quantifying transformation opportunities, shaping value-led business cases, and leading complex multi-year implementations to ensure sustainable performance improvement. The Executive Director will also serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, driving strategic initiatives in digital finance modernization, and leading executive workshops on finance strategy and digital roadmaps. Applicants must have a minimum of 18-25 years' experience in finance transformation consulting or senior finance leadership, with a deep expertise in finance operating models, FP&A/EPM modernization, core finance process transformation, and digital finance. The role requires a strong background in business case creation, extensive C-suite advisory experience, and a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field, and professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, or PMP.
