Head of Controlling

The Company is in search of a Head of Controlling to take on a pivotal role in the financial sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall responsibility for controlling within a large, decentralized corporate structure, with a focus on developing it as a modern management tool. This includes ensuring professional reporting, and the management of planning, forecasting, and closing processes at the group level. The role also involves driving the coordination of budget, multi-year, and investment planning, and providing essential decision-making information for top management. The Head of Controlling will be expected to analyze business developments, identify opportunities and risks, and lead a dedicated team in the continuous development of structures, processes, and systems. Applicants for the Head of Controlling position at the company should hold a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance, and have several years of management experience in controlling, preferably in a complex, internationally oriented corporate environment. The role requires sound expertise in reporting, planning, forecasting, and business management, as well as experience with modern controlling and planning tools. Strong analytical thinking, high strategic competence, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented personality are essential. The candidate must be fluent in German and English and be prepared to work closely with management, finance departments, and operational units.
