Head of Management Accounting

The Company is in search of a Head of Management Accounting to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the management accounting team, ensuring the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, and spearheading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. This role also involves driving improvements in financial reporting, controls, and management information, as well as managing cash flow forecasting and working capital performance. The Head of Management Accounting will be a key contributor to finance transformation and change projects, and will be expected to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiencies within the finance function. Applicants for the Head of Management Accounting position at the company should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a proven track record of leading a management accounting or finance team. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities are essential.
