General Counsel

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to take on a permanent position with immediate start. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for all legal matters within the internationally operating group, including leading the legal team. This role involves providing expert advice to management and subsidiaries on commercial, contract, and corporate law, as well as the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts and support for M&A projects. The General Counsel will also be tasked with managing legal proceedings and coordinating with external advisors. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should be fully qualified lawyers with several years of relevant professional experience. A strong background in commercial, contract, and corporate law is essential, as are strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality. The role requires a candidate with a proactive approach, the ability to work in a highly regulated environment, and a commitment to strategically shaping the legal department. Fluency in English is a must, and existing residence in the region is a requirement.
