Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to join their senior leadership team and lead the core finance function. This role is pivotal in the company's growth journey, with the potential to evolve into a Finance Director or CFO position. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial reporting, controllership, and operations, and will play a key role in strategic decision-making, particularly in the areas of acquisitions and preparing for a future private equity exit. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with maintaining a robust financial control environment, overseeing tax compliance, and driving continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be experienced finance professionals, ideally with a background in a PE-backed or similarly fast-paced business. The role requires a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise, a commercial mindset, and proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing finance teams. The Head of Finance will work closely with the executive team, CEO, and other senior stakeholders, and must be resilient, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving business environment. Responsibilities also include leading a global finance team, managing an international finance team, and partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders across the business.
