Associate Vice President, Operations Support

The Company is seeking an AVP, Operations Support to lead and develop high-performing teams in critical bank operations functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ACH and wire transfer processing, deposit operations, and operational readiness activities. This leadership role demands a focus on ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of operational processes, maintaining a strong control environment, and driving operational excellence through risk management, process improvement, and team development. The AVP will also be the key point of contact for complex operational issues, payment exceptions, and client-impacting events, and will represent operations during audits and enterprise initiatives. Candidates for the AVP, Operations Support position at the company should have a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years in banking, payments, treasury operations, or financial services, and at least 5 years in a bank leadership role, preferably in payment or deposit operations functions. Strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfer, and deposit operations processes, as well as relevant banking regulations, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing risk, driving process improvement, and fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence. Proficiency in banking operations platforms and Microsoft Office applications is also necessary, along with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff.
