Head of Supply Chain

The Company is in need of an experienced Head of Supply Chain to take on a permanent, leadership role. The successful candidate will be tasked with the professional and disciplinary leadership of a supply chain team, with a focus on production and material planning, ensuring delivery capability, and optimizing inventory and processes. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, management of forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, as well as the monitoring and optimization of supply chain KPIs. The Head of Supply Chain will also be responsible for coordinating with international stakeholders and supporting short-term adjustments to production planning. Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain position at the company should have a completed degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. A minimum of several years' of professional experience in a management position within supply chain, production planning, or logistics is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role demands demonstrable leadership experience, proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, and fluent German and English language skills. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality, excellent communication, and organizational skills, and be adept at budget planning, forecasting, and KPI management.
