Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven work in environmental education, land conservation, outdoor recreation, and community impact. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and external leadership of the organization, with a focus on sustaining excellence, stewarding a significant capital campaign, and deepening relationships with various partners. This role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record in guiding complex organizations, partnering with governing boards, and building strong, motivated teams. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine commitment to public service and environmental stewardship, as well as the financial discipline, fundraising acumen, and relationship-building skills necessary to ensure the continued success of the organization.
