Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of the business. The successful candidate will be a senior finance leader with a strong background in multi-site P&L models, particularly in consumer-focused industries such as retail, care, leisure, and hospitality. While prior Group CFO experience is not mandatory, the role requires a candidate who is comfortable with the detail of leveraged environments, has a proven track record in high-growth success stories, and is adept at driving both high-level strategy and being hands-on with a lean finance team. Experience in private equity-backed environments and a positive, high-energy mindset with a focus on growth are essential. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the company's journey towards a near-term exit, working closely with an ambitious CEO and supportive private equity backers. Responsibilities include leading the financial aspects of the business, driving the exit process, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the company.
