The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its ambitious growth strategy, which includes both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Board, with a focus on professionalizing the finance function, enhancing governance, and developing scalable systems to support the company's expansion and acquisition activities. This hands-on, strategic position demands a CFO with a background in PE-backed professional services, particularly within a buy-and-build or similar roll-up environment. The ideal CFO for this role will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record as the number one finance leader in a PE-backed business, and experience in transitioning a founder-led business to a more professionalized and growth-oriented model. Key responsibilities include leading the financial aspects of the company's growth and acquisition strategy, from evaluation to post-acquisition optimization. The role requires a candidate who is highly analytical, commercially astute, and technically strong, with a proven ability to drive change, operate at pace, and manage stakeholders effectively. Strong M&A experience, including all stages of the acquisition process, is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a motivation to build, integrate, and transform a growing business.
