Investor Relations Vice President

The Company is seeking an Investor Relations Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running fundraising workstreams from inception to completion, managing the LP due diligence process, and providing both technical and strategic input for investor interactions. This role requires the ability to bridge the gap between the firm's investment teams and LPs, ensuring that complex strategies are effectively communicated in investor-friendly materials. The VP will also be involved in answering detailed queries from investors, producing and controlling marketing materials for fundraising, and providing analytical input on market and industry trends to anticipate investor needs. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in PE investor relations or fundraising, with a proven track record of direct involvement in a full fundraising cycle. The role demands a high level of commercial and analytical judgment, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office 365 tools. Attention to detail, excellent project management, and the ability to prioritize under pressure are essential. A degree with an exceptional academic record is required, and proficiency in AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus.
