Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Investments

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its European investment team, with a focus on digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across various digital infrastructure verticals. This includes taking ownership of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring, as well as managing due diligence processes and playing a key role in negotiations and deal documentation. The role also involves overseeing and mentoring junior team members, working closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, and contributing to investment committee discussions and broader portfolio strategy. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-9 years' of experience in infrastructure private equity, digital investing, or investment banking, with a strong track record in leading transactions. Advanced financial modeling and commercial analysis capabilities are essential, as is a deep interest in digital infrastructure themes such as data centers, fiber, towers, and connectivity. The role requires the ability to manage stakeholders, work across multiple workstreams, and a strong academic background. Additional European language skills are considered beneficial.
