Head of M&A Underwriting

The Company is seeking a Head of M&A Underwriting for Italy to spearhead the development of its Italian M&A underwriting capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading underwriting activities across Italian M&A transactions, with a specific focus on W&I. This pivotal role involves originating and managing a wide range of relationships within the Italian deal community, including brokers, private equity, corporate, legal, and advisory contacts.
