Vice President, Investment Banking Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a VP/AVP for its Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently leading and managing the entire deal cycle, from origination to closure. This includes originating and cultivating relationships at the promoter and CXO levels, as well as developing connections with cross-border investment banks, company auditors, and other intermediaries to source transactions. The role also involves performing feasibility studies of sourced transactions, working with senior management on industry analysis, and collaborating with company management to prepare presentations and build operational and valuation models for negotiations. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting. The role requires a strategic thinker who can take the lead in industry mapping, and client interference, and supervise a team in preparing marketing documents. The VP/AVP will be at the forefront of the deal execution process, leading client meetings, site visits, commercial negotiations, and due diligence, ultimately driving the transaction to closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deal management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
