Vice President, Investor Relations Product Specialist

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations Product Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the IR Mumbai team, serving as a trusted voice on materials, investor focus areas, and fund data. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in investment banking, asset management, alternative investments, or credit and private equity investor relations. The VP will be responsible for fully task managing the Mumbai IR team, differentiating themselves as a critical member, and being the main point of contact for product-specific projects. They should have the ability to handle complex workstreams independently, answer in-depth ad hoc investor inquiries, and support content creation with effective marketing messages. Applicants must have an MBA/CA and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 12 years of experience. The role demands a self-starter with exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The VP will be expected to actively participate in the hiring and development of junior resources, as well as manage underperforming candidates. Strong modeling skills, experience with asset management systems, and a process improvement mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with the ability to build relationships across global and local teams, and a proven track record of handling the grey areas with a solutions-oriented approach.
