Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to oversee the HR function across its corporate and plant operations. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR generalist and a dynamic people leader, responsible for driving organizational culture, leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include partnering with business leadership on people strategy, organization development, and workforce planning, as well as strengthening HR policies, processes, and culture. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing fresh perspectives, and being open to new ideas and approaches. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant HR experience, with a preference for those with a background in both corporate and manufacturing/plant environments. They should be a clear thinker, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
