Vice President of Engineering & Operations

The Company is in search of a VP of Engineering and Operations to spearhead the execution of technical and operational strategies in a dynamic, growth-focused setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all engineering and operations functions, instilling a culture of accountability, and driving continuous improvement. Key duties include the establishment and implementation of KPIs, metrics, and processes to enhance performance, as well as the oversight of design for manufacturability, lean production practices, and Six Sigma methodologies. The role also involves managing the development and commercialization programs, collaborating with internal and external teams, and making strategic decisions regarding capital investments and supplier contracts. Applicants for the VP of Engineering and Operations position at the company should possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
