Senior Vice President, Global Unified Communications Engineering Lead

The Company is seeking a Global Voice & Video Engineering Leader to take on a senior vice president role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade voice and video solutions, with a focus on driving innovation, R&D, and ensuring world-class collaboration experiences. This role also involves owning the engineering strategy for all voice and video technologies, managing global engineering teams, and overseeing the integration of these solutions into the company's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in voice and video engineering leadership, deep expertise in enterprise conferencing technologies, and a strong understanding of R&D processes and industry benchmarking. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in voice and video engineering leadership within large-scale enterprises, with a deep knowledge of platforms such as Zoom, Crestron, and other conferencing solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams video and meeting experience is also essential. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the high availability, reliability, and security of voice and video systems. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level engagement skills are a must, as is the ability to mentor and develop engineering talent. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
