Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be the senior financial leader, overseeing the development and management of all financial operations, systems, controls, and reporting. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO, COO, program leaders, and Board of Directors. A core responsibility of the CFO will be to lead the transition to a fully internal finance operation, ensuring strong financial stewardship that aligns with the organization's mission and supports its growth. The role requires the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for decision-making and to protect the organization while enabling mission-driven expansion. The successful candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record in financial management, with experience in building and leading financial teams. A deep understanding of nonprofit financial practices and a commitment to the mission of community development are essential. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis, as well as for maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and compliance. A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are also key requirements for this role.
