Vice President of Customer Success & Growth

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success and Growth to spearhead the development and execution of a global customer success strategy. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strategic mindset, passionate about ensuring customers derive maximum value from the company's products and services. This role involves overseeing regional customer success teams, driving operational efficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and identify revenue expansion opportunities. The VP will be responsible for defining and managing global goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, as well as owning the customer success global budget. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Customer Success and Growth at the company include strategic leadership in business growth, customer relationship management, and retention, as well as revenue expansion and growth. The role requires a deep understanding of customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and the ability to implement and refine customer engagement models. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in customer success, service operations, or account management in a B2B environment, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. Strong business acumen, expertise in customer retention, and experience in leading global customer success teams are essential. The VP will also be responsible for customer enablement, learning, performance management, and reporting, and must maintain product and industry expertise to act as a thought leader and represent the company at various events.
