Head of IT Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure to lead the operation and continuous development of a reliable, high-performance, and secure hybrid IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and key IT teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's hybrid IT infrastructure across various environments, managing and developing the infrastructure landscape, and ensuring the effective delivery of central infrastructure services. Additionally, the Head of IT Infrastructure will be tasked with managing external service providers, overseeing IT service management processes, and ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection requirements. To be successful in this role, candidates should have 7 to 12 years' of professional experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong background in hybrid environments, particularly in the financial industry or at an IT service provider serving the financial industry. A solid understanding of modern workplace environments, infrastructure security, and cybersecurity practices is essential. The ideal candidate will have a process-oriented approach, experience with IT service management frameworks, and a proven track record of leading and developing IT teams. Experience in cloud migration, infrastructure transformation projects, and a strong interest in application support and maintenance activities are also key requirements. Fluency in English is a must, with French language skills being a plus.
