Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its expansion and professionalization across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the company's P&L, financial performance, and long-term business strategy, with a key focus on delivering sustainable revenue, profitability, and market growth in the region. This role requires a leader who can strengthen the company's presence in existing markets, drive regional expansion, and build scalable operating models. The CEO will also be responsible for improving productivity through process enhancement, automation, and AI adoption, as well as ensuring that the company's products and services align with customer and market needs. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience, with at least 8 years in a technology, SaaS, financial technology, or enterprise-software business. The role demands a proven track record in P&L management, revenue growth, and business performance, as well as experience in leading and developing a senior executive team. A strong understanding of SaaS or recurring-revenue business models is essential, and experience in commerce technology, payments, retail technology, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an MBA being beneficial, and experience in growing a business in Indonesia or managing channel and distribution partnerships is advantageous.
