Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A for a newly created position that will directly report to the Global CFO. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading the management strategy of the company, which is currently in a period of transformation and experiencing rapid growth. This role is pivotal in supporting the formulation of management plans and decision-making, with a strong focus on management accounting and business analysis. Key responsibilities include management and administrative accounting operations, monthly management accounting, KPI design and operation, cost analysis, budget formulation, and management of overseas subsidiaries. The role also involves preparation of materials for management meetings, reporting to executives, and support for business plan formulation, as well as participation in future IPO preparation projects. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position at the company must have a Master's degree, be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Japan or the United States, and possess practical experience in management accounting or business analysis. The role requires the ability to analyze and solve problems from a management perspective, with a preference for candidates who have business-level English. Experience in FP&A or management control, audit firm, FAS, consulting, and management of overseas subsidiaries is also highly valued. The company is particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate the ability to lead in a dynamic, global environment and who are adept at driving accounting system improvements and promoting digital transformation.
