Head of Scheduling

The Company is seeking a Head of Scheduling with a strong background in logistics management, particularly in the context of waste and recycling. The successful candidate will be tasked with the professional management and coordination of the logistics department, including a small team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimization of all inbound and outbound transport orders, with a focus on maintaining compliance with waste management regulations, both nationally and internationally. The Head of Scheduling will be responsible for all aspects of transport, from close coordination with production to the meticulous documentation of material flows in accordance with the German Waste Management Act. Applicants must have a commercial training background in a relevant field and several years of experience in dispatching within the waste or recycling sector. A deep understanding of waste law, particularly in the areas of notifications and documentation requirements, is essential. The role demands a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach, as well as strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and assertiveness.
