Head of Investment & Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Investment and Development to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the strategic evaluation, development, and execution of real estate investment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for making key investment decisions, leading the development and implementation of the investment portfolio, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role also involves project portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and financial analysis, with a strong focus on commercial decision-making and direct exposure to the Management Board. Applicants for the Head of Investment and Development position at the company should hold a university degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with at least 3 years in people management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex investment and construction projects, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and solid knowledge of financial analysis and investment evaluation. Key competencies include strategic thinking, commercial acumen, leadership, and excellent communication skills. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and who is adept at problem-solving and decision-making. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience with project management tools and ERP systems are advantageous.
