Interim Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in B2B iGaming to join their legal team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is commercially minded, confident in working independently, and adept at managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities for the Senior Legal Counsel include overseeing legal and regulatory due diligence in licensed markets, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, providing advice on corporate governance and legal risk, and partnering with compliance, product, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will also be expected to monitor regulatory developments and their impact, as well as provide day-to-day legal support to the business. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' of B2B iGaming experience, an LLB, LLM, or equivalent, and at least 3 years' of post-qualification experience. The role requires a professional with a strong background in commercial contracts and negotiation, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, highly organized approach.
